I'm falling behind w/the school posts. Might not be able to handle it this year. haha.

While the weather is still nice I've been trying to walk to pick up Olivia from school. That keeps me from having to deal w/the insanity of the school parking lot, too.

Auntie D was here for a week to visit over the Labor Day holiday. Olivia had 2 days off from school, so we got to do lots of fun things (balloon festival, Royal Gorge train, hiking @ Garden of the Gods and Helen Hunt Falls). The hiking in less than ideal shoes convinced Olivia to get some better sneakers. I was very proud of her choice.

Little sis finally started taking a few steps w/her walking toys in the last week (thank you, Auntie D!). She really wants to go, but doesn't have the confidence. She pulls up on a lot of things, too, trying to get in on the action. Still refuses to crawl though...
