Barbies

It's fun to watch Sabrina playing with Olivia's toys. She plays w/Barbies a lot lately, mimicking what she sees Olivia doing. So, her barbies have conversations, fight, change clothes. She recognizes the mermaids and some princesses.

Puzzle time

Olivia is getting pretty good at puzzles now. We're working on 24 piece puzzles now, thanks to a generous neighbor friend, Ms. Sothy. She must've given us 8 different puzzles. Olivia also likes a 12 piece Disney Princess puzzle from Ms. Heidi (she can do that one completely on her own). It's fun to see her making the connection of where pieces go & how they fit together.

Olivia had her 3 year check up appt. yesterday. Still in the 97th percentile for both height & weight. It was a fun appt for me. She seemed so grown-up. The nurse took her blood pressure for the first time and she got to wear an exam gown (cute w/puppies on it). We need to find a pediatric dentist now & start taking vitamins. Also, try to incorporate more calcium in her diet since she effectively stopped drinking milk back in December. Though, she eats cheese & yogurt.

Super music friends show

Olivia loves watching a tv show called, "Yo Gabba Gabba!" During the show, the characters watch a big tv w/the "Super Music Friends Show." It's different groups singing songs. So, Olivia took an old toy and uses it to broadcast her own SMFS. It's hilarious to watch. She sings in to the connector cord for the toy (it used to hook to the tv). She also makes up her own "Dancey Dance" routines, too. I love watching her sing & dance.
